Who are we...?
Blue Sky Photography is owned and operated by Benn Brown, an experienced, professionally accredited photographer and his wife Juliette, who works behind the scenes to produce stunning individual album designs for their clients.
Blue Sky Photography has established a reputation for stylish natural images and outstanding service - largely due to their dedication for quality, coupled with Benn’s genuine, relaxed personality and Juliette's passion for design.
A little bit of our history...
A keen photographer from the ripe old age of eight, Benn learnt the trade the old fashioned way – using film to produce stunning landscape work while travelling around Australia.
Benn and Juliette met in Cairns, and then left Australia to spend two years travelling the world, scuba diving and shooting both landscape and underwater photography. Their shared love of nature eventually led them back to Cairns where in 2003; Benn photographed his first wedding and loved every minute!
His calm, easy going nature, ability to understand and relate to all his clients and his keen technical skills made him a natural choice as a wedding photographer. Family and portrait work soon followed and they established Blue Sky Photography in 2006.
They share their life with Roxy the dog and their two cats; Otis and Cleo. They can still occasionally be found underwater with their old fish friends when the weather is good.
What we're good at...
Since their early days, they have developed Blue Sky Photography into the specialised, boutique photography business it is today.
